Your mission.
- With your passion for recruiting, you will ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the entire recruiting process.
- You are responsible for reviewing applications, corresponding with applicants, and organising and conducting goal-oriented and respectful interviews, which you do in German and English and ideally in French or Spanish.
- You know the relevant channels for recruiting in Portugal and support our new employer branding strategies with your creative ideas.
- You are part of the international recruiting team, contribute to upcoming projects and support our trainer team in the onboarding of new colleagues.
Your profile.
- You know the market and already have several years of experience as a recruiter in Portugal, ideally in high-volume recruiting, and therefore know exactly where and how we can best address our target groups and win them over.
- Ideally, you have a good understanding of the job as a service agent, its requirements and needs.
- You are a native German speaker and have a very good knowledge of English as well as Spanish and/or French (spoken and written), if possible.
- You are reliable and self-confident and have a high level of self-motivation, working in a structured and solution-oriented manner.
- You have excellent communication skills, a high level of intercultural awareness and a good understanding of people and situations.
