Your tasks.

  • You will be in contact with potential new business customers via telephone, e-mail and chat and offer them a free service that can be cancelled at any time for testing purposes.
  • The customer database consists of numerous prospects and ex-customers from which you will be provided with new customer, retention and winback campaigns. The database is enriched daily with warm leads gained from marketing campaigns.
  • You work on sales campaigns and document the sales process in the CRM system.
  • You advise prospective customers in detail about the advantages and possibilities of our innovative office and telephone services.
  • You set up user accounts for the new customers you have acquired.
     

Your requirements.

  • You already have sales experience, preferably in business customer sales.
  • You like to communicate, are convincing in your arguments and are confident in dealing with managing directors.
  • You set yourself ambitious goals and do your utmost to achieve them.
  • You are reliable, self-confident and enjoy working in a team.
  • You are highly self-motivated.
  • You are fluent in written and spoken German at a native-speaker level; knowledge of English is an advantage.
  • You are confident with CRM systems, the Internet and MS Office applications.
